Pricing
All prices are listed in both US and Canadian funds and exclude all applicable taxes. Listed prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and may change without notice.
Obvious typing/print mistakes are not legally binding.
Additional shipment fees, insurance and handling/packing/C.O.D. fees may be applicable. To the best of our knowledge, there is NO duty required for our products.
For special versions (i.e. extra coating), a surcharge may apply.
Payments
If we deliver and no other agreement exists, Cash-On-Delivery (C.O.D.) applies.
If C.O.D. is not possible and no other agreement exists, we require the whole amount to be deposited in advance.
Until the merchandise is paid in full we maintain complete ownership of all products.
The payment can be made by Money Order or Credit Card. We will be accepting secure credit card payments through PayPal (via Internet, through our website). PayPal accounts will be optional. We will be adding more payment options in the future.
If PalPal option is chosen as preferred method of payment, upon order request and confirmation, G&G Trade will initiate a "Money Request" through PayPal.
Delivery
For pick up in Kelowna or Peachland, B.C., Canada, please make an appointment. Unless other arrangements are made, a down payment of 50% of the total amount is required with the order. When picked up, the balance (50%) plus packing, taxes (if any), is due.
Delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. While we make every effort to stock all popular units, we reserve the right to require additional delivery time.
Examine shipment carefully upon arrival. We are not responsible for freight damage. In case of a claim, call the delivering carrier and keep the packing material and documents until the claim is settled.
Warranty
Our merchandise is covered by a One-Year-Limited Warranty. For a defective item, the client must return it, at the client's expense, to the nearest dealership or to the manufacturer, for repair, or refund or exchange. See below in regards to RMA# and how to return (federal mail system).
A claim must not go beyond the value of the product sold by G&G Trade Corp.
Returns
If the client wants to return an item for any reason, the client must ask for an RMA# in advance. Please return the items by the federal mail system (US Postal Service) only. Otherwise an additional customs-handling-fee is due. All returned items must be in their original boxes, in like-new condition and resalable. We will refund the price of merchandise less a 20% re-stocking charge or we will repair or exchange the returned items. The return must be made within 60 days of purchase; no returns are allowed after 60 days. Clearance/Discontinuted/Special Order itmes can not be returned.
Liability
Because of the wide variety of products, G&G Trade does not accept responsibility for the suitability of any of the products. Ensure that product specifications match your particular requirements before purchasing.
Miscellaneous
For ordering lift mechanisms with gas-cylinders, like P1, P2, and PD1, we need to know the total weight of the table top. If large quantities are scheduled, always test with crank versions first, such as G1 or G2.
The mechanisms come with a light protective paint on the top portion. The paint is intended for internal production and handling purposes only. If the paint is missing partly or in whole, that does NOT influence the quality or integrity of the mechanisms.
You may ORDER by mail, fax, or email. Please include full details of the mechanism to be ordered. Orders are valid only upon confirmation from G&G Trade.
